La radio cambia volto... cambia volto grafico , ovviamente! I contenuti ed i programmi , rimangono inalterati, anzi migliorano!!! Soprattutto per quanto riguarda la parte notizie, recensioni , insomma: la parte "scritta"..
La musica rimane ottima... c'era da dubitarne??

La scaletta odierna è rigorosamente in ordine sparso..

70 infatti è il numero dell'appuntamento del mercoledì sera con
Rock Station su Radiogas.
Dopo la lunga pausa estiva , riprendiamo con una playlist di tutto
rispetto. Il Lince questa sera è in vena folk: infatti ben 3 delle sue
5 scelte , vertono su questo genere.
Qualche novità (Metallica , Slipknot e Falconer) , un po di black ,
un po di power...insomma un po di tutto , come di consueto a Rock Station.

Per concludere un dovuto omaggio ad uno dei padrini della psichedelia , ovvero
il tastierista dei Pink Floyd , Richard William Wright , che purtroppo ci
ha lasciato da qualche giorno. Ho scelto una canzone da lui composta e cantata , ma
che in radio viene passata molto raramente , anzi , non viene proprio mai passata
(almeno io non l'ho mai sentita...) .

Attenzione: la playlist della scorsa settimana è andata in onda con diversi tagli e
problemi, dovuti al malfunzionamento delle potenti attrezzature di Radiogas.

Gli unici brani che non hanno avuto problemi di programmazione , sono stati quelli
dell'Angolo del Lince, andato regolarmente in onda con tutte le canzoni programmate.

Questa sera , quindi, si ripete (senza problemi tecnici , spero).
Ci saranno anche alcuni brani della mia playlist che si ripeteranno , poichè
la scorsa settimana non mi sono divertito per niente , e i pezzi non li ho

Finalmente un aggiornamento "parlato" , o meglio , "scritto" .
Per motivi di tempo , gli ultimi due aggiornamenti , si sono limitati alle
playlist : questa volta il discorso è differente, in quanto la serata , necessita
quantomeno , di una piccola presentazione.
Sarà un appuntamento dedicato alla musica che non sentirete mai in una radio

La scorsa settimana non ho potuto mettere la scaletta sul blog a causa di problemi tecnici (?). Quindi questa settimana ben 2 playlists..... ovviamente , quella della settimana scorsa non si ripete (che bella battuta !!!!).
Che altro dire? La scorsa settimana presso il pub Bayern di Prato c'è stata la serata heavy, che , purtroppo , ha visto una scarsa affluenza di persone (sarà stata la concomitanza con la partita di coppa della Fiorentina) ...
La serata , a dire il vero non è andata un gran che bene: i mezzi messici a disposizione dal locale erano quantomento ridicoli ed i vari dj set hanno dovuto fare i conti con problemi tecnici a non finire , nonchè ad una drastica riduzione dei tempi a disposizione dei sets stessi...Risultato finale: serata da dimenticare... Ce ne sarà un'altra? Speriamo : di sicuro mai più al Bayern !!!

Anche questa settimana il classico ritardo: da ora in poi non lo scrivo neanche
più: oramai è routine!!
Questa settimana Rock Station non avrà parole.... escluso me.....ovviamente (anche
se a volte sarebbe meglio che rimanessi in silenzio!!!).
Tutti brani strumentali , anche quelli di SOTTERRANEA , che torna questa settimana con
un unico gruppo in programmazione, ovvero i LACRIMAE , quintetto che arriva da Pesaro.
Ho scelto loro , in quanto mi sembravano molto adatti alla serata: i loro pezzi sono esclusivamente strumentali e ottimamente suonati. Ci ascolteremo due pezzi tratti dal loro
omonimo cd di esordio ovvero Lacrimae. Per inciso i pezzi saranno UBRIS e NEMESIS.

Anche il Lince dirà la sua, avendo scelto 4 gruppi (SENTENCED, IN FLAMES , DARK TRANQUILLITY e ARMAGEDDON), proposti in maniera assolutamente strumentale.

Per quanto riguarda la mia playlist : PORCUPINE TREE (immancabili) , DREAM THEATER , SPIRITUAL BEGGARS, OPETH ,METALLICA, RODRIGO Y GABRIELA ...poi non so se riuscirò a passare qualcosa in più , perchè i pezzi che ho scelto sono quasi tutti piuttosto lunghetti.

Solo per informazione, i brani dal 2 al 4 facevano parte della playlist della scorsa settimana.
Ovviamente, furono tagliati per esigenze di spazio (strano....!!!!!). Quindi, questa settimana

Il Lince ha preparato una ottima playlist di sano swedish death e sta pressando per una serata dedicata completamente al black metal... Vedremo di accontentare il ragazzo prossimamente.
Per adesso , ascoltatevi quest'ottima scaletta.
E' chiaro che, se qualcuno ha qualche richiesta da fare, sarà fatto il possibile affinchè il suo
desiderio divenga realtà (che belle parole!!!).

Superstizioso? Comincio a diventarlo... nonostante la playlist sia pronta oramai da
una decina di giorni, guardandola e riguardandola (neanche fosse una bella donna) ,
ho tagliato, aggiunto , ritagliato ....insomma: ho fatto un gran casino !!! Sarà colpa della
puntata 17 in onda il 17 di Maggio??

Il risultato è che di sicuro c'è SOTTERRANEA con 2 pezzi dei Winter of Souls e 2 pezzi degli Strider e l'ANGOLO DEL LINCE , questa sera in versione viking: 3 pezzi per un totale di quasi 25 minuti di musica.....sciagurato!!! (EINHERJER-ENSLAVED-FALKENBACH)
E la mia playlist? Sicuramente il nuovo cd singolo dei BLIND GUARDIAN , la nuova band rivelazione inglese ENTER SHIKARI, gruppo londinese , i quali devono tutto il loro successo, almeno nella propria patria , al passaparola via internet: pensate che sono usciti con il loro primo lavoro solamente da un paio di mesi , ma i loro concerti registrano regolarmente il tutto esaurito.
Ascoltateli ed eventualmente ditemi cosa ne pensate.
Poi? In ordine sparso: CIRCLE II CIRCLE , STARBREAKER , SERENITY,STAIND , BIG DISMAL , STORMWITCH e , come pezzo di chiusura i THE FALL OF EVERY SEASON, one man band norvegese, dedita ad un sound prog-doom , anche se per stasera ho scelto un brano acustico per introdurre al meglio il carissimo ANDREA OLMI che mi seguirà con le sue DIVAGAZIONI NOTTURNE.
Speriamo che nessun pezzo venga cassato per gli ormai noti limiti di tempo.....

Dato che nel programma del 26 prenderemo in esame le cover di gruppi non
metal rifatte da gruppi metal (...) chiederemo la sua preziosa (?) opinione su come, secondo lui ,
dette cover sono state rifatte... Domani la playlist completa.

Aveva scelto come chiusura una canzone fantastica che , maledizione , non ne ha voluto
sapere di partire. Recupereremo in una delle prossime puntate , giusto Lince??

Eccoci qua...
Anche la puntata nr° 11 è passata fra alti (pochi) e bassi (troppi).
Una delle cose riuscite in maniera migliore, neanche a farlo apposta
è stata l' Angolo del Lince: tutte ottime canzoni . Complimenti per la
scelta fratello!! Devo confermare che come prima playlist hai fatto
subito centro (a parte il pezzo degli In Flames: potevi scegliere qualcosa
di meglio , come ti ho già detto , ma , d'altra parte hai carta bianca ...) .

Confermo fin da adesso che la prossima puntata avrà al suo interno lo spazio
demo SOTTERRANEA , dedicato a quei demo relativi alla nostra musica
preferita!
Non mancherà ovviamente l'appuntamento con l'Angolo del Lince, questa volta
ridotto a 4 pezzi , poichè i pezzi di Sotterranea saranno almeno 6.
Tra domani e lunedì vi comunicherò i nominativi dei gruppi scelti per il
